Driver Frequently Asked Questions
- Open the Aqua Rides app
- Enter your desired pickup destination in the “Enter Pickup Location” box. The app will use your phone’s GPS to automatically prefill your pick up location
- If your pick up destination is not accurate in the app, you can change the location by selecting the location field
- Select your vehicle based on group size and preference
- Your driver will be on their way
- Fair estimates can be viewed in the app once your vehicle is selected. Estimated fares are based on the first two passengers, with an additional $5 per extra person. Luggage incurs an additional charge of $3 per bag.
- Can I pay with a credit card ? Yes, you can pay with a credit card or visa debit card. To pay with a credit card the card payment option must be selected before confirming your ride, once your ride is completed you will be prompted to confirm your card information. We currently accept Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.
You can schedule a ride up to 5 days in advance.
