Learn how to use the AQUA rides App!
1. Download
Download the FREE AQUA rides Driver App from the Google Play or App Store on your smartphone. Use your phone number to create an account.
2. Request
To book a ride, simply select your pickup location and destination, choose a vehicle based on your group size and preference, and tap “Confirm Request” to complete your booking. Estimated fares are based on the first two passengers, with an additional $5 per extra person. Luggage incurs an additional charge of $3 per bag.
3. Ride
After a few seconds, you will see the driver name, their license plate number and their estimated time of arrival to pick you up.
Guidelines:
- Respect the Driver & Vehicle – Treat the driver and their vehicle with care and respect. Avoid causing damage or leaving a mess behind.
- No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Wear Your Seatbelt – For your safety, seatbelts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
- No Excessive Noise – Keep music and conversations at a reasonable volume to ensure a pleasant ride for everyone.
- Food & Drinks – Avoid eating or drinking in the vehicle unless permitted by the driver. Spills and strong odors can affect future passengers.
- Follow Local Laws – Comply with all local regulations, including alcohol consumption and open container laws.
- Be Ready at Pickup – To avoid delays, be at your pickup location on time and ensure you enter the correct vehicle.
- No Aggressive Behavior – Harassment, threats, or any form of inappropriate behavior toward the driver or fellow passengers will not be tolerated.
- Report Issues Promptly – If you experience any concerns during your ride, report them through the app or contact customer support.
- Respect Cancellation & Waiting Policies – Be mindful of cancellation policies and avoid unnecessary delays to ensure smooth service for all passengers.
